Since 2009, Luxury Fence & Concrete
Deigns of Regina began transforming landscapes with an
unique concrete fence design that has transformed yards
into beautiful, natural, durable and long lasting custom
enclosures.
Joel De Los Santos worked in the
construction trade for several years in the Dominican
Republic and after relocating to Canada he developed a
desire to make our practical landscapes more beautiful.
He brings with him his keen sense of design in concrete,
a medium that stands the test of time.
You will see in the balustrades (pillars)
that the Dominicans have always believed in the ancient
and majestic designs of centuries past which are now
re-constructed and proudly displayed in North America.
Joel takes the old and incorporates the new through his
use of "cancellos" to create a very unique and
eye-appealing design. One
thing for sure, people adore his work, and he is praised
whenever his product is on display.
